BaguaZhang
7th generation Liu Fengchun-style Baguazhang: health, spiritual cultivation, and martial application.
The pace of life, the demands of work, and everyday life generate high levels of stress and anxiety that come to feel like a “normal state.”
A simple but powerful way is to integrate a daily Internal Martial Arts practice into our lives.
Internal Martial Arts is the art on cultivating a deeply internal transformation through dedication, simplicity, and repetition. It can also be applied in martial ways, but my approach as learned from my masters lies in emphasising health and spiritual cultivation alongside basic understandings of martial application and use.
It is a practice that connects you with your own energy and flow through breath, movement, and mind, while it also works on coordination, focus, strength, mobilisation and balance.
