The Zhan Zhuang posture (Zhan: "to stand," Zhuang: "tree or post"), also called Wu Ji ("empty posture"), is the primary and most important posture in Qigong.
It is aligning yourself with the earth and the sky through the feet and the crown of the head.
Celestial Yang energy and terrestrial Yin energy begin to flow toward and through the body with this primordial form.
Rooting physically in Zhan Zhuang also embodies rooting and stability in a mental-emotional way. Taking the posture for a few minutes daily can anchor and calm the mind and slow the pace of the day.
Try it and tell me how it goes. :)

The power of the Dragon in Qigong
Dragon Qigong teaches us that the body is a canvas of transformation, just like dragons that change shape and move across every terrain (water, air, fire, and earth). Their serpentine and spiral movements are not only graceful; they are powerful tools for clearing stagnant energy in our internal organs.
By gently massaging and pressing the organs with their particular twisting and spiraling movements, Dragon Qigong activates the body’s healing energy. This cleansing process allows Qi to circulate freely, nourishing the cells abundantly and the Dan Tian (energy centers). It is a practice that connects us with our innate capacity to heal and transform. These are purifying forms for now, the season of spring.

White Tiger Qigong: Strength, Emotion, and Healing
The White Tiger is one of the most powerful figures in Qigong. Unlike the wild tiger, which represents Yang strength, the White Tiger is a Yin symbol of feminine energy, inner strength, and the Metal element.
This practice is associated with autumn and is designed to strengthen your lungs, releasing pain and stress. The movements imitate the "tiger’s claws," opening the chest and expanding your capacity to breathe.
When you do these movements, you don’t only work physically—you also stimulate the meridians through the endpoints of your fingers. This helps release the emotions associated with grief and sadness, which often cause tension and collapse in the chest.
White Tiger Qigong is a deep practice that allows you to open emotionally and heal your respiratory and energetic system.
Want to practice this in your body? Each course works with one element at your own pace, with immediate access. And if you don’t know where to start, write to me.
